Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties: SELLER: Uzungöl Nehir Apart. BUYER: The guest whose details are entered during reservation.

2. Subject: This agreement governs the terms of the BUYER's online accommodation booking and the rights and obligations of the parties.

3. Service details: The booked room type, stay dates, number of guests, and total price are clearly stated in the booking confirmation email.

4. Payment: Payment can be made via iyzico (credit/debit card) or bank transfer. Card details are not stored by the SELLER — they are processed by iyzico's PCI DSS compliant system.

5. Right of withdrawal: Per Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 art. 49/4, there is no right of withdrawal for accommodation services. However, cancellation/refund can be made per the SELLER's cancellation policy; details are shown on the room page and confirmation email.

6. Cancellation policy: Standard cancellation terms appear on the room detail page. Which of flexible/moderate/strict applies is displayed in the booking screen.

7. Force majeure: If accommodation cannot take place due to force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic, war, government order), the paid amount is refunded or an alternative date is offered.

8. Dispute resolution: For disputes arising from this agreement, the courts and enforcement offices of Trabzon are competent. The right to apply to consumer arbitration boards is reserved.

9. Entry into force: When the BUYER confirms the reservation, this agreement is deemed read and accepted.
