What we collect: During booking, name, email, phone, stay dates, and payment data (card details are not stored by us — they live with the payment provider). During site visits we collect anonymous usage analytics via cookies.

How we use it: To run the reservation process, send confirmation/cancellation emails, issue invoices, and improve our service. Marketing use requires your explicit consent.

Sharing with third parties: Only for payment, e-invoice issuance, and statutory reporting. We do not sell, rent, or share your data for marketing purposes.

Data security: Sensitive data is transmitted over encrypted channels. Payment data is processed by PCI DSS compliant providers; we only store the transaction reference.
