Personal Data Protection

Under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 ("KVKK"), Uzungöl Nehir Apart ("Company") processes guest personal data as the data controller for the purposes described below.

Categories of data processed: Identity data (name, surname, national ID), contact data (phone, email, address), reservation and stay data, payment data (banking/card data is held by the payment provider; we only store the transaction reference).

Purposes of processing: Providing the reservation and stay service, billing and legal compliance, customer relationship management, service quality improvement.

Data transfer: Your data is shared with payment providers (iyzico, etc.), e-invoice providers, and statutory regulatory bodies only to the extent required. No data is transferred abroad.

Your rights: Under KVKK Art. 11 you may access, correct, request deletion of your data, and object to its processing. To exercise these rights, write to the KVKK contact email listed at the bottom of the page.
